Or do you mean you are new to this and literally what do you do? If so the site is here to help, and you will find plenty of answers, and people willing to help.

what should u do about what??? the blackout??? why, fix it , of course!! beyond that there is'nt much anyone can do but wait till someone does... if u require tv u may want to call dish and buy a package... i personally don't think we'll be down for very long, but i've been wrong before(twice).. as a measure of my confidence i am in the process of a complete upgrade, including stb, cable-runs, and superdish repoint kit.. gonna be an expensive mistake if i'm wrong!

Welcome to Newdoc Sundezz. When the provider puts out his ecm which puts us down we sit and wait for the coders to bring up new files. Follow diesel advice and keep checking on your receiver. In the meantime look in the help section that matches your receiver and learn what has to be done as to installing new files. If you have more questions ask them in that section. We are not down for very long, note buzz's confidence.

If you are referring to the new BV encryption method then re-aim or
alter your present installation to get DN (if you haven't already). You
will get continued programming this way and with hopes by the time
DN gets the Nagra(3), that the coders would have worked it out for
BV.

Oh, thanks for making a contribution to NEWDOC (donation) and welcome
aboard. Hope you are liking everything you see.

We all will have to wait for NEW bin's. And keep an eye on the down load section for your bin. Enjoy TV while you can.
