Reboot again. Reload a fresh copy of the 1.80. Do another
reboot again. Make sure a/r is turned on.

Give this a try.

reading threads on ftadoc made me that much knowledgeable that whatever you are suggesting, I have already tried, the only thing that is left to load the fresh 1.80 bin, I will try that and will get back to you, thanks for suggestions

I'm using 1.80 on CW600P and a few I have serviced are operating
smoothly. Do factory reset, settings and options, nstall the s/w again,
scan and enable patch (F1,000). Basically start over again.

Give this a try.

Factory default:

CW-600S Premium ONLY

- write down antenna settings, you will need this for later.
- do factory default. Menu, installation, factory default.
- load factory flash 1.08 (ensure right file for right CW600),
so check this.
- load cx-loader V3.01 (optional, usually it is already on the CW)
- do another factory default.
- load the s/v 1.08 for CW600 premium.
- do another factory default.
- load long channel name file if you want it (optional).
- load icon file, also optional.
- setup antenna settings (from first step).
- autoscan all sats (Menu, installation, antenna settings).
- enable patch (F1 followed by three zeros, 000).
- set timer setup (Menu, channel manager, timer, timer setup).
- SID, menu, system settings, system channel #, a/r etc.
- load channel list (optional). Not usually needed.
- if still having probs here do hard boot by rear switch.
Usually good idea to so this anyway.

Good Luck.
