I have just loaded the file for sv400 and it went fine, but tried to load softkey and it came up invalid file, am I doing something wrong. The file was unzipped

You don't need softkey file if you have the latest bin fiile, just make sure autoroll is turned on and let it roll on a channel for up to 10 minutes then watch TV.
