Got some freezing issues here to on Ultra (Canada) Might have to wait for a new fix.

Reported freezing on some receivers! Others are completely down. Not a key change this time!

It sure does pay to read this site.

Every time Charlie hit us, I would read the status page that showed what STB's went down and which ones stayed up.

For a while I noticed the Sony's, VS's and Nfusions were always up.

Then earlier this year, I noticed VS were having lots of trpouble and the SV's kept kicking butt.

I needed another STB because I like watching boxing and UFC, etc...

I had already bought a CW600P...my first box, then i decided to go with a CW800 cause CW would be tops in getting the fixes out for a while.

This year, I kept noticing the SV were kicking butt so I said what the heck...I'll give the 600P to my son, put the CW800 in my room and keep the one that always seem to be running in my living room.

Well, that one would be the SV 360 Premiere.....I really wanted an HD box but had to wait for all this Nag 3 business to get out of the way first...didn't want to invest in something and then only have it work for a couple of months.

Anyhow, back to the main subject...I'm sure glad I kept reading that status page every time we went down, without it, I would have probably bought a VS, being that everyone kept saying it was the best..and as far as quality, it just might be. Me, I rather have quantity, as in quantity of days not going down over quality....for now, anyway.

Bottom line, it pays to read.

I've had this problem since Thursday night. My CSI, APL, FOXB HD versions, and few others are totaly black, but I dont have freezing issues.

You will get that channel regardless.

Check everything including patch enable or make thread in
CW800 Help section for more help.

Apparently new VS fix works fine for VS-Ultra. But Max keeps doing the same thing after software update. Anybody using Max, confirm or infirm this observation, please.
